Realtor Park is one of several green spaces that greets tourists and Bay City residents who pass over Saginaw River in our lovely city. At completion, this park will attract attention for the 16’ steel sculpture “Before the Bay” by Saginaw artist Jason Graham depicting the Saginaw River flowing to the Bay.
